Dell needs to fix problems with its India Call Center

I had a problem with Dell's outsourced customer service. To make it short, I kept getting different answers. After 24 days, I decided to blog about it. Michael read the blog and contacted his top people in Texas to take care of the problem. We were able to come to a resolution in just 24 hours instead of 24 days. I hope Michael continues improve their customer service, expands the Customer Care call and online centers in the US and can fix the problems with the mis-information that the India call centers provide or elliminate outsourcing for Customer Care all together. Most of all, I hope every Dell customer that has a problem with a product and can get it resolved quickly.
